Limited Supplier Insurance: Included
The Limited Supplier Insurance covers bodywork damage and theft. It doesn’t cover damage or loss of keys, tyres, windscreen, glass or undercarriage.
Refundable Security Deposit: € 806
The Refundable Security Deposit is only a temporary hold on the accepted card. Return the car without missing fuel, fines or charges, and the deposit will be returned to your account.
Once you return the car without toll charges, fines or missing fuel the deposit will be returned to your account.
Damage & Theft Excess: € 806
Damage and Theft excess is the maximum amount the lead driver pays in the event of damage, theft or incident. The excess amount depends on the car hire company.

For example, you scratch the body of the car while parking. The damage costs € 1,800. You’ve agreed with your car hire company that the maximum excess is € 1,000. In this case, you will pay € 1,000 toward damages as agreed with the car hire company.

Book a car on our site using your preferred payment method. Remember you will need one of the accepted payment methods to temporarily hold the Refundable Security deposit/excess when you pick up the car. If you’re unsure that your card is a credit card, check with your bank before you pick up the car. Prepaid cards are not accepted.
1. Credit Card has both the first name and surname of the lead driver.
2. A printed version of your booking voucher found in your confirmation email.
3. Full driver’s licence in the name of the lead driver held for a minimum of 1 year(s) with no major endorsements.
4. Additional photo ID on an official document e.g. passport or national ID card.
5. Any other documentation specified on your booking voucher.
Third Party Liability Insurance (T.P.L.I.) is included in the price. It provides limited coverage in case of an accident. It doesn’t cover theft, key loss, damages on the car tires, damages on the car’s mirrors and windshield. If the damage is not covered by the insurance the repair cost will be deducted from the amount of the security deposit paid.
Security deposit is paid on the pick up of the vehicle. It is only held temporary, on the drop off of the vehicle if there is no damage, fuel missing, traffic tickets or any other violations the deposit will be returned back. The security is different for the different tipe of cars

- Station Wagon 7 seats 12 € / Day The customer will be responsible from 0 to 1050€ more than 1050€ will be covered by the insurance company. Full Damage Waiver Silver (F.D.W.S.) 14€ per day, the insurance company will cover damages from 100 up to 4.000 € the customer will be liable for damages 0 to 100 € and for damages more than 4.000 €. In case of an accident if the damage is up to 100 it will be coverd by the customer if it is up to 4000 the customer will cover 100 and the rest will be covered by the insurance company if it is more than 4000 the customer will pay the first 100 the insurance will pay up to 4000 and the customer will pay the remaining amound.
Full Damage Waiver Gold (F.D.W.G) 17€ ped day, the insurance company will cover damages from 100 up to 5.000 € the customer will be liable for damages 0 to 100 € and for damages more than 5.000 €. In case of an accident if the damage is up to 100 it will be coverd by the customer if it is up to 5000 the customer will cover 100 and the rest will be covered by the insurance company if it is more than 5000 the customer will pay the first 100 the insurance will pay up to 5000 and the customer will pay the remaining amound.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
A full licence held for minimum of 1 years with no major endorsements. UK licence holders need to present the photocard.
International Driving Permit needed along with original domestic licence.
Additional drivers can be added to your rental for a charge of 4.96 EUR per day. Includes 24% tax. Please pay for additional drivers at the rental desk when picking up your vehicle.

Deposit and Credit card Information
ACCEPTED Diners Club, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below.
A deposit amount of EUR 806.0 will be held against your credit card for the duration of the rental. Your deposit is a guarantee held in the event of damage/theft of the vehicle. This will be released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. Please note that this does not represent your total excess liability which can be found in the Damage Waiver Liability section.
NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted.
A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed and a PIN number may be required.
In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver’s name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Same to Same
Your vehicle will be supplied with fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it with the same amount of fuel as it had when you collected it. You may be required to leave a fuel deposit reserved on your credit card that will be released when you return your car with the required amount of fuel. Missing fuel will be charged on your return. The price per litre charged by the rental agent may be significantly higher than the price at the local service station. A refuelling charge may also be applicable.
Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated in the top section of rate details.

Conditions of optional extras
Please note the following: The price of optional extras is subject to change without notice. Optional extras are subject to availability. Charges made at the desk may be subject to local/airport surcharges.
Ferry-travel: Ferry use is not allowed without permission. If you are interested using ferry boat, please inform supplier at time of pickup. Ferry-travel fee payable at rental desk.
Cross-border travel is not allowed. If you are interested for an international travel, please send your request at least 15 days prior to collecting the car. The cost for the Green Card that extends the CDW to other countries is 120 Euros (VAT excluded) for groups A, B, C or D.
TW (Theft Waiver) is not included for cross border and the company is not responsible to replace the car in case of an accident. The rental company is not responsible for towing and replacement car outside the borders of Greece. The customer is obliged to return the car in the location at date and time according the rental agreement.
Cross border without notice and written permission by Green Motion is forbidden and then the insurance deemed void. Furthermore International travel is forbidden without Green Card. If Green Card is lost, the customer is obliged to contact with the local office immediately.
Additional restrictions may apply for certain countries.
The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.
A printed version of your voucher must be produced upon arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present the voucher means the car rental agent may charge you at the local rates. Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle. If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no funds will be reimbursed.
Cancellation and no-show policy
What is your cancellation policy for fully prepaid or part-paid bookings?
1 – If you cancel 24 hours prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded in full.
2 – If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of pick-up, you will receive a refund minus EUR50. If your online payment is less than EUR50, no refund will be made for your car hire booking.
3 – If your booking is made less than 24 hours before pick up, the cancellation policy will automatically apply to your booking.
4 – All cancellations should be made on our online portal and not with the car hire agent. Should you agree to cancel directly with the car hire agent on arrival, you must also inform us of this change to your booking.
5 – Amending your booking or cancelling optional extras may not be possible less than 24 hours before pick up.
If you purchased our Damage Refund Insurance product and have since decided to cancel your car rental booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will be cancelled automatically.
If you wish to amend or rearrange your booking, the Damage Refund Insurance will initially be cancelled. We will, however, automatically create a new policy for your new booking.
In both cases you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation at the email address you have provided during the online booking process.
Please be aware that if you cancel your insurance policy less than 24 hours before the start of your car hire agreement, no refund for insurance will be granted.
What is a no-show?
A ‘no-show’ occurs for the following reasons:
1 – You didn’t inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick-up time.
2 – You failed to pick up the car at the arranged time and date.
3 – You failed to provide the documentation that’s required to pick up the car.
4 – You failed to provide a credit card in the main driver’s name with enough available funds on it.
In the event of any of the above, no refunds will be made to you.
The car hire company reserves the right to refuse a car if you fail to arrive on time with all necessary documentation and a credit card with enough available funds for the car’s security deposit. In such a case, unless the car hire has been cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be entitled to a refund.
